Dr. Lisa Leit
Lisa Leit, Ph.D., MCC is the Founder of the Happy Whole Human (HWH) Institute of Holistic Wellness, an expert in the field of developmental psychology, and a Master Certified Coach. Recognized as one of the 2021 Top Visionaries in Healthcare by the IFAH, Lisa teaches coach trainees both time-tested and cutting-edge tools and techniques. Lisa is the author and instructor of the majority of the HWH Institute trainings, and offers personalized mentoring for coaches seeking ICF certification, as well as business coaching for coaches. For over 20 years, she has worked with individuals, couples, families, and leadership teams of organizations to overcome obstacles and live happy, whole lives. The validated HWH Self-Assessment program is based on Lisa’s doctoral research on interpersonal psychology and at the University of Texas at Austin and work with 2000+ clients and students. Her approach is client-driven and applies key insights from Family Systems Theory, Attachment Theory, Eco-psychology, Change Management principles, negotiation strategies, and applied neuroscience. In customized group initiatives, including high impact coaching and management consulting, her unique, scientifically validated HAPPY WHOLE HUMAN® (HWH) holistic wellness assessment program identifies and addresses hidden risk factors to health and fosters meaningful, measurable, and lasting results for individuals and teams. Dr. Justin James Kennedy
Justin James Kennedy, Ph.D. holds the position of Professor of Organizational Behavior and Applied Neuroscience at Monarch Business School Switzerland. He holds a Doctor of Professional Studies with Monarch Business School Switzerland as well as a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from Rhodes University. Justin is on adjunct faculty at the Salomons Institute for Applied Psychology at Canterbury Christ Church University in the UK, where he supervises Ph.D.'s in behavioral neuroscience. Justin offers coaching courses and mentorships to teach coach trainees how to apply principles of neuroscience into their work. He is an author of the SAGE textbook on Organisational Well-being and wrote the chapter on neuroscience, where he has proposed the meta-model of Organisational Well-being Neuroscience (OWN). He is a founding member of the Australian Institute of Organisational Neuroscience (ION), and the founding Journal Editor of the SAGE academic publication as part of the Neuro-Capability Organisation. He is the author of BRAIN REBOOT, A Change of Mind Will Change Your Brain (2019), Foreward by Dr. Marshall Goldsmith. The book traces his journey from being in a coma to being a professor of neuroscience and organizational behavior with Monarch University. His TEDx talk: Your Brain is a Selfish Democrat was recorded in South Africa in 2014 and his consulting and executive coaching practice (ProfessorKennedy.com) is based out of NYC and Munich.
Paulette Rao
Paulette Rao, MCC, BCC is an accomplished leadership coach and trainer. As a HWH Institute faculty member, Paulette provides ICF Mentoring both in one-on-one sessions, and in group settings. She has achieved the designation of Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and serves as the Past President of the New York City ICF Chapter. Paulette was a trainer for Neuro Leadership Institute, Franklin Covey Southeast Asia and Ken Blanchard Companies, and is also currently part of the coaching faculty at Korn Ferry and GSK. She holds an Advanced Leadership Certificate. She is also certified by New York University as an Executive and Organizational Coach and is an Adjunct Professor/ Curriculum Developer in the Graduate and Diploma Coaching Programs, where she received the 2014 NYU Violet Award for Teaching Excellence. Paulette is a Founding Fellow of the Harvard Institute of Coaching. Paulette’s leadership coaching is informed by her 28 years of experience as a senior executive and marketing leader in corporate America. Her coaching model is a solution-focused, self-directed learning model heavily informed by leadership theory, models and principles, systems science, psychology, change principles, learning theory, and contemporary neuroscience. As founder of True North Resources, Paulette helps leaders at Fortune 500 and smaller organizations enhance their own performance as well the performance of their teams while achieving organizational objectives.
Angela Gohokar
Angela has nearly 20 years of functional business experience in leadership and human capital and a strong passion for human development along with an MBA and several professional certifications in HR. This experience combined with her lifelong background in fine arts and certifications in executive and hypnotic coaching, allows her to creatively facilitate actionable, goal-oriented progress for her clients. As a Certified Happy Whole Human Coach and Workshop Facilitator, she is inspired to support the development of holistic individual capabilities and organizational effectiveness through increased problem-solving ability, creativity, and agility in rapidly changing environments.
