Requirements:


Enrollment in HWH Level 1, 2, 3 and/or HWH Team Coach training 

Good standing with HWH, ICF, and ACHE per contractual terms and Codes of Ethics

Independent contractor, Licensing, and NDA agreement, and W-9 signed
